Another day of presentations at Ninho do Urubu! This Thursday (6), goalkeeper Agustín Rossi gave his first press conference as a Mengão player. The athlete, who was elected Argentina's best player in 2022, will wear the number 17 shirt in honor of Fillol, an Argentine goalkeeper who achieved success with the Manto Sagrado. Expectation
"I'm here to fulfill a dream. Flamengo is one of the greatest teams in the world. After 38 years, being a new foreign goalkeeper at the club, following Fillol, is very important. He was one of the greatest goalkeepers in Argentine history. I hope to make my own history here and win many titles."

Competition in goal
"I'm here to help my teammates, Matheus and Santos. It's about training and improving every day; competition is always good for everyone. That's why we have to be calm and wait for the moment we can play."

Play with your feet
"The Argentine and Brazilian schools are very similar. Many Argentine coaches like to play this way. I've played this way before and I like the style of play."

How Flamengo is seen in Argentina
"For us, Flamengo is one of the biggest clubs in the Americas. They've won two of the last four Copa Libertadores titles. They have the best players in South America, most of whom have European experience. I'm eager to play for Brazil's biggest team, hoping to win titles and make the fans happy."
