Looking ahead to the next challenge in the Brazilian Championship, Mais Querido finished this Saturday (10) the preparation to face Avaí. Focusing on the physical part, physical work was carried out at the Flamengo Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). Then, the group went to Field 4, where the warm-up took place.
After the pre-training activities were finished, Zé Ricardo began the tactical work. The Flamengo coach guided the players in offensive movement drills, followed by adjustments to the team's positioning on set pieces, outlining the team that will take the field in the match.
Forwards Thiago Santos and Berrío, along with defender Donatti, continued with specific ball exercises, still in the recovery process. While the physical trainer coordinated the work, Everton Ribeiro underwent the "Yo-Yo Test," an assessment designed to measure the athlete's endurance level through shuttle runs in a marked area on the field.
During the afternoon, the Flamengo delegation will travel to Florianópolis, where the match will take place. The game will kick off at 16 PM at Ressacada Stadium.
