On Tuesday afternoon (31), the Flamengo squad worked at CT George Helal with an eye on the week's challenges in the Brazilian Championship.

The goalkeepers began their ball practice on field 1. The training consisted of aerial plays against the opponent, focusing on scoring goals. Meanwhile, the other athletes performed physical training at CEP FLA.

When they took to the field, they warmed up on field 2 and began ball work. The players then headed to field 1 for a technical drill that focused on attacking plays, both in the middle and on the wings, with quick passing exchanges resulting in shots. The goalkeepers took turns defending the goal. Next, coach Zé Ricardo led a tactical drill. Finally, part of the group concluded the workday with another technical drill, focusing on ball stealing in the attacking half and shots.

 The Most Beloved faces Vitória, Thursday, 21 pm, in Volta Redonda and Palmeiras, Sunday, 11 am, in Brasília.
