For a winning team, besides good players, it requires well-developed strategies, tactical and technical analysis, and, of course, conversation. At Flamengo, the coaching staff usually meets after training sessions to discuss what was accomplished and what can be improved. In Atibaia, this has been done daily.

All training sessions are filmed by the Football Department's cameraman. After the training session, the footage is analyzed, edited, and shared with the athletes via video, along with any pertinent observations.
