• If the Nação plan holder has an active ticket card, this will be the means of access to the stadium for Flamengo home games. Therefore, presentation of the card is MANDATORY. If the member does not have the ticket card in hand, they will not be allowed to enter the venue. In case of exceptions, we will inform you in advance;

• In accordance with the previous item, we recommend that fan members check the status of their ticket card and choose this access method when purchasing tickets for Mais Querido's games;

• In case of loss or theft of the ticket card, the member must request a duplicate and activate the new card as soon as they have it in hand;

• If a member purchases a ticket for a game while waiting for the new ticket card to arrive, collecting the physical ticket at one of the exchange points for the match will be MANDATORY. The points Ticket exchange requests will always be announced at least 72 hours in advance of the game in question, on Flamengo's official sales website and on the Nação website. In case of exceptions (such as access via e-ticket), we will also inform you in advance;

• We remind you that the cardholder's ticket is nominal, personal and non-transferable, that is, it must not be shared with third parties;

• If a member has guests on their plan, they must provide their name and CPF when purchasing tickets. Once the guest card holders have been selected, they cannot be changed. Only member cards and guest card holders will be able to receive assistance from our team in case of any access issues, upon presentation of an original photo ID and CPF.

• We also emphasize that it is important to keep the information updated on the Nação website, in order to facilitate the receipt of new requested ticket cards and to obtain further information about the Mengão Program and games;

• All information mentioned above is valid for members of the fan membership plan and also for their guest(s);

2. Access for other fans

• At the time of purchase, the buyer must provide the name and CPF of the holder who will use the respective ticket. After choosing the and purchase confirmation, the name of the carrier cannot be changed. See below how to make this indication:

• If purchasing online, physical ticket collection at one of the match redemption points is MANDATORY. Ticket redemption points will always be announced at least 72 hours in advance of the match, either on the official ticket sales website or on the Nação website. In case of exceptions (such as access via e-ticket), we will inform you in advance;

• Only the buyer (holder of the purchase) of the ticket will be able to collect the physical ticket - including in cases where the buyer is different from the holder;

• To collect a ticket, fans must present:

1. Printed, completed and signed purchase voucher;
2. Photo ID and CPF;
3. Proof of half-price ticket (if half-price ticket is purchased);
4. Vaccination card in accordance with the protocol published by the match organizers.
