Flamengo and Palmeiras will compete on November 27th in Montevideo, Uruguay, in the final of the CONMEBOL Libertadores 11. Ticket collection for the match began this Wednesday (2021), in São Paulo and Brasília (DF), and begins on Thursday (17), in Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte. Flamengo fans who purchased tickets for the match can check below the main information and procedures necessary for the exchange, as well as available points and their respective opening hours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Ticket collection and access to Uruguay and Centenario Stadium are subject to compliance with safety and health requirements established in the purchase and use regulations and by the competent authorities. Tickets may even be subject to change from the date of ticket purchase and collection until the time of access to the event in question. For the most up-to-date terms, click here.

Therefore, the Buyer and Ticket Holder are solely responsible for confirming with the respective authorities in their country and the host country of the event any visa requirements and/or any mandatory health recommendations - including those related to containment and safety demands against COVID-19. We also emphasize that the ticket is personal, non-transferable, and personal.

HOW DO I COLLECT THE TICKET?

1) To collect your ticket, ENABLE your vaccination cycle through HEALTH CHECK-IN, on the website: www.veussaude.com.br/validavacinalibertadores

2) After activating the vaccination card, the fan, to collect the ticket, must go to a collection point (addresses below), within the opening dates and times;

3) Important: for purchase orders containing two or more tickets, partial withdrawal will not be permitted. ALL TICKETS MUST BE COLLECTED AT ONCE.

5) In cases where the ticket is collected by the BUYER (REGISTRATION HOLDER), it is MANDATORY to present:

a) Ticket withdrawal code, which can be found in your email inbox or in the shopping cart on the website www.eventim.com.br/libertadores. Access the website, log in, click on "VIEW ORDER DETAILS" and write down your withdrawal code;

b) Original credit card, copy or image of the front of the credit card used for payment;

c) Official identification document with photo – passport or ID (valid) of the TICKET BUYER (PURCHASE HOLDER) and copy of the official identification documents with photo of the TICKET HOLDERS (other holders, in case of purchases containing more than one ticket);

d) ORIGINAL VACCINATION CARD.

6) The PURCHASE/REGISTRATION HOLDER may authorize a THIRD PARTY to collect the tickets. In this case, the THIRD PARTY must present the following documents:

a) Authorization Form for Collection by Third Parties completed and signed by the PURCHASE HOLDER (BUYER). Click here For download.

b) Ticket withdrawal code, which can be found in your email inbox or in the shopping cart on the website www.eventim.com.br/libertadores. Access the website, log in, click on "VIEW ORDER DETAILS" and write down your pickup code;

c) Original credit card, copy or image of the front of the credit card used for payment;

d) Copy of the official identification document with photo of the PURCHASE HOLDER, and copy of the official identification documents with photo of the TICKET HOLDERS (other holders, in the case of purchases containing more than one ticket);

e) Official identification document with photo of the THIRD PARTY who will collect the TICKETS;

f) VACCINATION CARD (or copy) of the PURCHASER HOLDER and HOLDER OF OTHER TICKETS.

NOTE: In the case of a purchase order containing more than 1 ticket, all TICKET HOLDERS, and not just the BUYER, must have completed a vaccination check on the VEUS website.

WITHOUT THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS, VACCINATION CARDS AND CHECK PROCEDURE ON THE VEUS WEBSITE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO COLLECT TICKETS.
