The match against Independiente Santa Fé-COL this Wednesday (18), valid for the third round of the group stage of the Conmebol Libertadores, will have a special flavor for Réver. At the Maracanã, the defender and captain of Flamengo will reach the mark of one hundred games with the Sacred Mantle.

Having been with the club since 2016, the number 15 arrived with a bang and quickly adapted to Flamengo. In his debut, Réver scored with a header, and Flamengo won against Cruzeiro, away from home, by 1-0.

Just three months after donning the Flamengo jersey for the first time, Réver had already shown that he was a leader on and off the field. Because of this, the number 15 was quickly chosen to be the captain of the beloved team.

Wearing the Sacred Mantle, Réver has already lifted the trophies for last year's Campeonato Carioca and also last season's Taça Guanabara. This Wednesday (18), his hundredth appearance with the red-black shirt will be for the Conmebol Libertadores.

For the club, Réver has already scored ten goals, the last of which was in the opening match of the Brazilian Championship against Vitória last weekend. In the 2-2 draw at Barradão, the defender took advantage of Geuvânio's pass to find the net once again for Flamengo.
