The continent's governing body, CONMEBOL, has announced the dates for the Copa Sudamericana preliminary matches. Flamengo will debut in the competition on August 12th at 21:50 p.m. against Fluminense.

The return match, hosted by Flamengo, will be on August 26th, also at 21:50 pm. The match is one of 30 in the preliminary round. The 15 teams that qualified will be joined by the tournament's last champion, Internacional, who are already in the round of 10. To be crowned champion, Flamengo will have to play XNUMX matches.
