Flamengo held its first technical training session of the week this Wednesday (December 01.12st). However, what drew the most attention at the club's training center in Vargem Grande was the way the activity ended. With a squad that was even close-knit in their jokes, a gauntlet was formed to congratulate Angelim, who turned 35 last Monday, and to 'punish' striker Diego Maurício, who, according to Luxemburgo, didn't have a childhood.

Angelim's congratulations were taken in stride by the players, who are used to joking around this way amongst themselves. The unusual part came from Diego Maurício. The young Flamengo striker couldn't do a handstand during a training session and ended up drawing the coach's attention. "You didn't have a childhood, kid," Luxa remarked.

As 'punishment', Drogbinha had to face the shirts of his teammates, all with their usual good humor.

Flamengo returns to training this Thursday (December 02.12nd), aiming for the last match of the 2010 Brazilian Championship, which will be held next Sunday (December 05.12th) at 17 pm, against Santos, at Vila Belmiro.
