Junior, a former Flamengo player, has taken on the samba side. He, his three sons, his brother Nena, and two nephews formed the band Famiglia Gama, which will perform its first show today—outside of family gatherings and samba circles—on the Recreio Shopping stage. "We've always been a musical family," says Junior, who hosts a charity samba circle twice a month at a bar in Barra.
