After ten days in Teresópolis, at Granja Comary, the Flamengo squad returned to Rio de Janeiro to continue preparing for the debut of the Campeonato Carioca, on Sunday, against Friburguense, at Maracanã.

In intense heat, coach Cuca led a tough technical training session at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. The session focused on movement, crossing, and finishing. Midfielders Ibson and Fierro, and right-back Léo Moura, stood out.
