After training this Thursday afternoon, coach Cuca highlighted the experience of the red-and-black team. According to the coach, Flamengo has a team accustomed to competing in major finals.

"We have a mature group, accustomed to competing in finals. It's been great until the ball rolls. The team that produces the most on the field will win the final. We have to be very prepared for the game, because it's going to be very difficult."

The red-black coach praised the 6-1 victory of the starters in the training session and said that he will wait for midfielder Airton until moments before the match.

"It was a good training session. I really enjoy getting a feel for game situations by simulating plays. I experimented and tested some players. Everton Silva and Welinton are some of the options we have, if Airton is ruled out, but we're hoping that won't happen."
