The appeal by lawyer Michel Asseff Filho was accepted by the Plenary of the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD), unanimously, this Thursday, and Cuca is free to command the team in the Brazilian Championship.

The coach had been suspended for 90 days for going to the Maracanã locker room during the Taça Rio semi-final against Fluminense, when he was already punished for 30 days.
