After this morning's tactical training session in Gávea, coach Cuca said he hasn't yet decided on the starting lineup for tomorrow's match against Resende at Engenhão. Erick Flores' excellent performance against Madureira and the return of Léo Moura and Willians after serving suspensions have left some doubts in the red-and-black coach's mind. The official lineup will only be announced moments before the match.

"I'm considering several lineup options. I'll only announce the team 40 minutes before the game. It's possible Erick Flores will get a spot, but I'll consider everything very carefully."

Cuca didn't rule out the possibility of using just one defensive midfielder against Madureira. In this case, Erick Flores would replace Airton or Willians.

"I can definitely imagine the team with just one defensive midfielder. It's a formation I really like, but I don't know if it will be used now or further up the pitch. It's a different formation, and it needs to be worked on. We can't leave the defense exposed."

Even though he didn't confirm whether Erick Flores will start the match or be on the bench, Cuca still praised the red-black revelation.

"He had a great game, but he's a young player. With time, he'll naturally get more opportunities. Erick has already become important to us because of his characteristics. When a young player has a great game, expectations are even higher. We have to be careful."
