Cuca works on the tactical side of the team
Having recovered from back pain, Léo Moura trained with the starters. Aleílson earned a spot alongside Adriano in attack.

Ahead of Sunday's match against Internacional at Maracanã, coach Cuca led a tactical session to fine-tune the team's details. Flamengo fans were present at the Brazilian National Team's training center, and Adriano reciprocated the support by signing autographs and taking photos with the fans.
With Airton suspended and Emerson released for a court hearing in Rio de Janeiro, coach Cuca kept Welinton in the starting lineup and gave Aleílson a chance. Léo Moura, recovering from back pain, came in for Everton Silva. Willians, who served a suspension in the last round, is also back in the lineup.
The starting lineup trained with Bruno; Léo Moura, Welinton, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Toró, Willians, Ibson, and Everton; Aleílson and Adriano. During the training session, Cuca worked extensively on set pieces and quick attacking runs.
In the morning, Léo Moura, Petkovic, Emerson, Bruno Mezenga, and Alex Cruz trained physically and technically at Granja Comary. Toró, Thiago Sales, Zé Roberto, and Diego worked on their physical fitness at the gym where the red-and-black team is staying in Teresópolis. According to coach Alexandre Sanz, these athletes need more speed and endurance training.
