Cuéllar talks about the pressure of playing for Flamengo: It's the biggest club in Brazil
Midfielder gave a press conference before training on Wednesday morning

Preparations for the Guanabara Cup semifinal derby continue at Ninho do Urubu, and Wednesday morning was a busy one. Midfielder Cuéllar gave a press conference in the Victorino Chermont Press Room and spoke about the pressure of defending the colors of Brazil's biggest club.
"Since I arrived, I've seen a different pressure at Flamengo. Of course, the club has invested more now. But for me, the above-average pressure will continue. It's the biggest club in Brazil. We know how to play under pressure; it's natural. We work on that every day."
The number 8 highlighted the importance of the team being able to maintain balance in order to fight for all the season's titles.
"We have to be balanced to get results. We conceded few goals at the end of last year. The guys up front also help us defend. That's why I think balance is key to getting results."
More than 27 tickets have already been sold for next weekend's Fla-Flu match and Cuéllar spoke about the duel that will be held at Maracanã.
"It will be very important to gain confidence for the rest of the year. We're facing a great team. We have to be aware of that. Not everything is worth it yet, we can't just think about this trophy."
Even playing with the advantage of a draw, the Colombian midfielder stated that the team led by Abel Braga will seek victory from the moment the ball rolls.
"Flamengo will always go in thinking about winning. According to the rules, we have the advantage of a draw, but we don't think about that. If we go in thinking about that, it will definitely make things difficult for us."

Flamengo has two or three teams. Each player who comes on will have to demonstrate why they're on the field. It'll be a good thing for the coach. It increases the squad's competitiveness.
