In the last three rounds alone, they conceded eight, an average of almost three per game. Therefore, the Flamengo defenders acknowledge that they need to correct some details to prevent this from happening again in the upcoming matches.
"We know we have to improve. Unfortunately, there isn't much time to work, to train, so the adjustments have to be based on conversation. But coach Silas has already given us some pointers, and we're going to try to do what he asked to try to reduce these errors," David analyzed.
The defender treats the match against Goiás as a final and anticipates a very difficult duel at Serra Dourada.
"It's another crucial match, an important game with many difficulties, but we will do our best to come back with a victory. We know that Goiás is a team that is not weak, as evidenced by their excellent performance against São Paulo. We respect our opponent, but we will be looking for the three points," observed the defender, who asked for the support of the Goiás fans in the stadium.
