In the morning, training focused more on technical and tactical aspects. Barbieri's guidance during the activities focused on ball possession and passing quality. Physical training was also improved with specific muscle training coordinated by the club's trainers.

The goalkeepers also worked hard on Field 4. Reaction speed and agility activities guided the movements that were led by coaches Rogério Maia and José Jober.

In the afternoon, the squad was divided into two groups. While some athletes performed strength training at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the remaining players participated in a tactical activity led by Maurício Barbieri, assistant coach of the permanent staff. The training session, which took place on Field 4, included participation from the Garotos do Ninho under-20 team.
