With an eye on Coritiba, Cristóvão leads intense training at CT
Athletes carry out various activities, including physical, technical and coordination work

The red-black squad returned to training on the afternoon of this Tuesday (09.06). At the George Helal Training Center, the athletes carried out work under the command of coach Cristóvão Borges, aiming at the match against Coritiba, this Saturday (13.06), at 16:30 pm, in the capital of Paraná, for the seventh round of the Brasileirão.
The players participated in physical and coordination training. Meanwhile, the squad's goalkeepers trained separately with coach Wagner Miranda. The squad then performed technical passing and movement training. The coach also led a group session in which the group was divided into three—and later four—teams, and the players practiced passing, tackling, and adjusting their positioning. To conclude the activities, midfielders and forwards played against defenders and full-backs, while the remaining players practiced finishing.
This Wednesday (10.06), the group returns to training at 15:30 pm, as on Thursday (11.06). On Friday (12.06), activities begin at 10 am and the team travels to Curitiba, where they take to the field on Saturday afternoon, at Couto Pereira.
