During preparation, the squad visited Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), where, led by Flamengo's physical trainers, they performed injury prevention and muscle activation exercises. Once on the field, it was time for a warm-up with a ball.
Afterwards, everyone proceeded to Field 4, where Zé Ricardo and his assistant Cleber dos Santos coordinated the tactical training. The Madureira team was analyzed with the players, defining the game plan for the match and outlining the lineup that will take the field. Offensive and defensive set pieces were also worked on during the activity. Finally, part of the squad remained on the field for the traditional free kick contest.
The last match of the group stage of the Guanabara Cup will be played at the Raulino de Oliveira Stadium this Sunday (19), with the ball rolling from 17 pm.
