Now wearing a red-and-black jersey, and no longer a tricolor one, Ronaldo Angelim returned to a place from which he has great memories: Pici, a neighborhood in Fortaleza where the Alcides Santos stadium is located, home of Fortaleza, where the "Iron Man" began to shine on the Brazilian football scene.

In the last training session before facing Ceará, on Wednesday (November 03.11rd), at Castelão, Angelim did not hide the wavering that his heart experienced at this special moment.

"Going back to my roots, training at Pici, where I spent five years, is really great. I know this place like the back of my hand. I hope Flamengo comes out victorious from Wednesday's game," he said.

The defender will have special support in the match against Vozão. According to him, many friends will be in the stands at Castelão. Including his father, a Vasco fan.

"There are at least six people from Juazeiro. If it were Sunday, there would be more people. They came to show their support. My father is a Vasco fan, it was his choice. But deep down, he's rooting for Flamengo. He won't stop wanting to support his son. I want to send him a hug and tell him he chose the wrong team," said Angelim, who also played for Ceará and says he's happy to have done well at the clubs in the capital.

"I'm happy to have played for both big clubs in the capital and to be playing for Flamengo. I feel at home, even more so training at Pici, I'm very happy. I hope we can have a great game and please the Flamengo fans and the Fortaleza fans as well," he concluded.
