The afternoon of this Friday (9) started busy at the adidas Gávea store. With Diego's presence, several fans had the opportunity to meet the midfielder, taking photos and getting autographs from the player. Approximately 100 Flamengo fans were able to talk to the number 35 in an action promoted by the brand. To participate, fans had to purchase the new Flamengo Mantos.

One of the attendees was little Gabriel, who couldn't control his emotion upon meeting his idol. Together with his father, the boy was speechless after taking photos with Diego and signing his jersey, crying profusely alongside the number 35.

After the photo shoot, the midfielder, wearing the new jersey, spoke exclusively to the official website. "I really like this new uniform; it's beautiful and unique. We'll definitely have many victories with it," he commented about the second jersey.

"It's always amazing to have this contact with the fans. We don't always have this opportunity due to our daily lives, training sessions, and matches. Whenever there's time to have this contact and receive this affection, it's totally inspiring. It's a great pleasure for me to be here at this moment," Diego concluded.
