The activity began with a warm-up on Field 2, which consisted of stretching and muscle activation exercises, as well as ball work based on short touches and movement. Next, on Field 1, it was time for tactical training on a reduced-size pitch, which focused on attacking plays against defense, with defensive numbers outnumbered. Still on the same pitch, the session concluded with one-on-one work and shooting.
