The Soma Division of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will hold another scientific meeting on Friday (September 24.09th) at 18 p.m. in Gávea. Continuing its pioneering work in the evolution of Brazilian sports medicine, the Flamengo medical team, led by Dr. Luiz Claudio Baldi, will give a lecture on the topic: "Can a footballer with a history of myocarditis return to high-level competition?"
The event will take place in the Rogério Steinberg Auditorium in Gávea (997 Borges de Medeiros Avenue). Registration is free and can be made by calling 2159-0255. The Soma division also emphasizes that certificates will be awarded to participants.
On the 3rd, after a long break due to the World Cup, the Soma division, represented by Professor Carlos Alexandre Souto de Assis, who is also a member of the Brazilian synchronized swimming and diving teams, gave a lecture on the ideal training protocols for the performance of pre-pubescent football players.
