After a quick workout at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the squad headed to Field 2, where they began their warm-up with muscle-explosion exercises combined with ball handling. After the training session, the group headed to Field 1.

The first part focused on precision ball touches and movement, both offensively, creating options for those who hold the ball, and defensively, positioning players looking to intercept passes. Later, it was time to combine quick passes involving marking and finishing.

Finally, coach Zé Ricardo led the tactical part, on a reduced field, with the objective of creating plays.

Flamengo returns to training tomorrow (05). On Tuesday (06), the team carries out the last training session and travels to Vitória-ES. On Wednesday (07), at 21:45 pm, Rubro-Negro faces Ponte Preta.
