ATTENTION:

- Members will be able to purchase the number of tickets that their contract allows - the same mechanics for purchasing tickets for games - and PG will be able to purchase up to 3 tickets - also according to the same mechanics used for purchasing tickets for football games.

- Members who purchase tickets and have an active ticket card will be granted access with their ticket card. All others must collect their tickets at an exchange point.

- After purchase, you cannot change your stadium access method. Before purchasing, check the status of your ticket and ensure it is active.

- The voucher will necessarily need to be exchanged at one of the exchange points available for the departure.

- Solidarity Half-Price Ticket: Anyone can purchase a Solidarity Half-Price Ticket as long as they donate 1 kg of non-perishable food upon entering the stadium to watch the event. Food items will not be accepted upon ticket purchase.

Half price:

People up to 21 years old and students of all ages taking a course recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) are entitled to half-price tickets. Only the beneficiary or their legal guardian may make the purchase, provided they have proof of this status and the benefit of the half-price ticket. Young people aged 15 to 29 who have a Youth ID are also entitled to half-price tickets, which must be presented at the time of purchase, along with an original photo ID.

Procedure and documents required to exchange tickets:

1. Documentation required for withdrawal:
- Original document with photo of the holder
- CPF of the holder
- Purchase voucher printed and signed by the holder
- Proof of half-price ticket, if applicable
- Credit card** used for purchase. If it belongs to a third party, please bring, in addition to the above documents, a handwritten authorization from the cardholder (the template is included on the voucher) authorizing the collection of the ticket.

2. Documentation required for third parties to withdraw from the fan membership plan or credit card:
- Original document with photo
- CPF holder
- Purchase voucher signed by the registered and credit card holder
- Proof of half-price ticket, if applicable
- Credit card** used for purchase.
- Official document with photo (RG, CNH, Work Card) of the holder (of the plan and credit card)
- Authorization from the holder (of the fan membership plan and credit card) written in their own handwriting (model found on the voucher) authorizing the withdrawal of tickets.

**Virtual credit card: you will need to present a printout of the card used at the time of purchase and the app when collecting your ticket.
