It's decision time: the "Música do Nação" final is open
Voting will be exclusive to fan club members on the website mengo.com.br; watch the music videos of the finalist songs.
By Nation Communication - inThe time has come to define Flamengo's new theme song. The "Música do Nação" campaign reaches its final stage this Friday (14), at 10 am. The finalist compositions are "We Are One Nation", by Cleiton Santos, and "An Immensity", by Henrike Lemos. The songs were recorded in the studio and resulted in two music videos that bring together images from the red-and-black universe.
The project had over 150 entries and two elimination rounds before the grand finale. In the first round, a specialized jury composed of renowned music figures selected ten compositions, which were then subject to a public vote. The three songs with the most votes advanced to the final round, but one of them failed to meet the requirements for the final round and was disqualified.
Now, the decision is in the hands of Nação's fan club members. Voting will be exclusive to Program members, according to the steps below:
1. Access the website mengo.com.br;
2. Log in with your registered email address or CPF and password;
3. Click on the banner on the website home page;
4. Listen to both compositions and choose your favorite!
Voting will close on Saturday of next week, May 22nd, at 05pm, and the winner will be announced during the Flamengo x Fluminense pre-game on FlaTV.
