The day after the Guanabara Cup final, the red-black squad resumed training at Ninho do Urubu. This Monday (06) marks the final stretch of preparation for the Mais Querido's debut in the CONMEBOL Libertadores Bridgestone, against the San Lorenzo team.
The athletes who started the match against Fluminense played last Sunday (05) carried out regenerative training, guided by professionals from Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). Meanwhile, the rest of the group participated in the work on the field led by coach Zé Ricardo and his assistant Cleber dos Santos.

The activity, which included striker Ederson's participation, consisted of exercises to improve passing accuracy and, later, playmaking. The day's training concluded with attacking work against a defense with a defensive disadvantage.

The clash that starts the red-black journey in the CONMEBOL Libertadores Bridgestone will take place this Wednesday (08), at Maracanã, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
