On Tuesday morning (14), the red-black squad carried out the last training session before traveling to Minas Gerais, where they will face the Cruzeiro team. Zé Ricardo's men carried out tactical and set-piece training at CT George Helal, in Vargem Grande.
The athletes began the day with muscle activation work at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). After this initial session, the group headed to Field 2 of the training center, where they warmed up physically and with a ball.

On the pitch at Field 1, the squad performed tactical training. The activity focused on the characteristics of Cruzeiro's team, and the players were closely mentored by Zé Ricardo. The training then consisted of set pieces, both offensive and defensive.
The Most Beloved will face the Cruzeiro team this Wednesday (15). The match will take place at the Mineirão Stadium, in Belo Horizonte, and will start at 21:45 pm.
