This Monday (20), at Ninho do Urubu, the red-black squad returned and began preparing for the team's next challenge in the Taça Rio, the second round of the Campeonato Carioca, against the Bangu team.
At Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the group kicked off the morning session with muscle activation and injury prevention exercises. Meanwhile, on Field 3, goalkeeper coach Vitor Hugo led an agility workout with the goalkeepers.

Later, the other players warmed up on the field and began ball practice, which focused on improving passing accuracy. The group then moved to Field 4 for tactical training. Coach Zé Ricardo and his assistant Cleber dos Santos analyzed the Bangu team with the players, making adjustments to the team's positioning, among other specific tasks, and drafting the lineup that will take the field for the match.

With an eye on qualifying for the next stage of the Rio Cup, Mais Querido will face the red and white team at the Raulino de Oliveira stadium, in Volta Redonda, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
