Flamengo's professional football squad returned to training on Tuesday afternoon (21.07). The players gathered at the George Helal Training Center and trained under the command of coach Cristóvão Borges.

Activities began with gym work. Then, they took to the field. Before training began, there was a moment of relaxation. The squad "baptized" newly arrived defender César, full-back Jorge, and forward Guerrero.

The squad then participated in technical training. The activity focused on fundamentals such as passing, movement, and shooting. The squad was then divided into three teams and worked on a reduced-size field, with one team facing the other and the third remaining on the sidelines.

Flamengo continues working during the week aiming for the match against Goiás, which takes place on Sunday (26.07), at 16 pm, at the Serra Dourada stadium, after beating Grêmio 1-0.
