Cristóvão Borges leads the work aimed at confrontation with Goiás

Flamengo continues preparing to face Goiás on Sunday (26.07), and trained on Friday afternoon at the George Helal Training Center. The squad will also meet on Saturday morning (25.07) at Ninho do Urubu before traveling to Goiânia.
In the first part of the activity, the athletes performed tactical work. Later, Cristóvão Borges led a crossing and shooting drill on one half of the field. On the other side of the field, full-back Ayrton and midfielders Cáceres and Canteros practiced free kicks, while Jorge practiced penalty kicks. Defender Wallace, suffering from lower back pain, did not participate in the activities and underwent treatment.
Earlier, the club introduced midfielder Ederson., who will meet his teammates in training this Saturday (25.07) and will also return to Italy to organize his move to Brazil before definitively joining the squad.
