The day started early this Friday (28). About to face Corinthians, the red-black squad trained in the morning at the George Helal Training Center.

After a meeting between the squad and coaching staff, the players began muscle activation work. The players who participated in the match against Santos traveled from CEP Fla for regenerative work. Rhodolfo and Léo Duarte, recovering from injuries, did physical training and ran on the field. The others took to the field.

On the pitch of field five, Zé Ricardo led tactical training. The different phases of the activity all had the same focus: offensive and defensive transitions. The players worked on passing, movement, finishing, and ball releases under the watchful eye and constant observation of the coach.
