The squad returns to training with tactical activity
Preparation for the match against Atlético-PR involved training with different moments

After the victory over Atlético-GO, last Wednesday (24), the team returned to work aiming for the confrontation against Atlético-PR, which takes place next Sunday (28).
The activities began with muscle activation at CEP-Fla (Flamengo's Center of Excellence in Performance). Following that, the athletes completed their warm-up on the field. Donatti, recovering from injury, ran around the pitch and did specific physical exercises. In the gym, Berrío and Éverton also worked on their physical conditioning.

For the tactical training session that took place on field 5 of the training center, Diego and Conca, who are in the transition process, joined the group. With the presence of youth team players, the squad worked on passing, movement, triangulation, and finishing. Zé Ricardo constantly made demands and paid attention to details.
At another point, the players who played more than 45 minutes against Atlético-GO did passing drills in a reduced-size field. The others remained on the field and worked on half of the pitch. The attacking team aimed to score, while the defensive team focused on stealing the ball and holding it for a predetermined time. Argentine midfielder Darío Conca participated in the activity. Off the field, Diego continued his transition work with exercises focused on physical conditioning.
