Next Sunday (24.05), at 16 pm, Flamengo faces Avaí in the third round of the Brazilian Championship, at Ressacada, in Florianópolis. Until Friday (22.05), when the red-black delegation travels to Santa Catarina, the athletes prepare for the match against the blue and white team at the George Helal Training Center. This Wednesday (20.05), the players train in two periods, in the morning and in the afternoon.
Activities began at 10 a.m., with the goalkeepers working separately with coach Wagner Miranda. Meanwhile, Antônio Mello led physical and coordination training with the other athletes, all on Field 2 at Ninho do Urubu. Check out Flamengo's training schedule here.
