In a thrilling match, Flamengo and Vitória drew 3-3 this Wednesday at Barradão Stadium in Salvador. The result left coach Andrade's team in sixth place in the Brazilian Championship with 42 points, five points behind the top four. Denis Marques, Petkovic, and Zé Roberto scored for the red-and-black team from Gávea. Ramon (4) and Roger scored for the Bahian team. Well-positioned, Flamengo seized the initiative and launched an attack. In the sixth minute, Zé Roberto received the ball from Petkovic, burst into the box, and passed it past Gleguer. The goal didn't discourage Andrade's team, and Flamengo continued to press Vitória. In the 19th minute, Petkovic took a direct free kick that surprised Gleguer: 2-1 Flamengo. Flamengo's lead was wiped out three minutes later. Ramon took a skillful free kick from the edge of the box to level the score at Barradão: 2-2.

In the 35th minute, Petkovic set up Denis Marques with a beautiful pass, but the number 9 shot wide. Three minutes later, Gláucio dribbled past Álvaro on the right wing and crossed for Ramon to score his second goal of the match: 3-2 Vitória.

The second half began with both teams struggling to penetrate the opposing box. Flamengo's first good chance came in the 18th minute, when Petkovic curled in a perfect free kick. Gleguer saved the home team with another excellent save. In the 20th minute, Andrade replaced Juan with Willians, shifting Everton to midfield.

In the end, Juan received the ball at the edge of the box and crossed for Zé Roberto to score: 3-3 at Barradão. Flamengo's unbeaten run in the Brazilian Championship has now lasted seven matches.
