In a training match, reserves thrash Nilópolis

The red-and-black team begins preparing for its next challenge in the Campeonato Carioca, on Saturday, against Macaé, in Volta Redonda.
The players who started yesterday's match did muscle relaxation exercises in the club's gym. The exceptions were Everton and Bruno. The midfielder, who came on in the second half, also worked out in the gym. The number 1, who scored a beautiful free kick goal yesterday, did specific training on the field with goalkeeping coach Roberto Barbosa.
Juan, who is experiencing pain in his right leg, has been undergoing physical therapy. He is once again ruled out for Saturday's match.
