The youth teams of the red-black futsal team took to the stage last Tuesday (28/10) and Saturday (01/11) against the Mangueira and Mauá teams, respectively.

Playing at home, Flamengo hosted the Mangueira team, winning two and losing one. In the under-09 competition, Flamengo won 6-1. The under-0 team lost 2-11, while the under-13 team secured a narrow 4-3 victory.

On Saturday, away from home, the red-black teams won all three games by 0-3 (under-09), 1-10 (under-11) and 1-8 (under-13).

The youth and children's categories also played twice last week. On Wednesday (October 29th), they hosted Canto do Rio at home and lost both matches: 10-1 in the under-6s and 15-1 in the under-2s. Last Saturday, they faced Nilopolitano, also away from home. The under-17s lost 15-3, and the under-2s won 17-2.

The adult team went to Vassouras to face USS, in a game valid for the State quarterfinals, and returned to Gávea with a 2-2 draw. With the result, the red-black team has the advantage of a draw, if the return game, in Gávea, goes to extra time.
