Flamengo's squad returned to training this Wednesday afternoon in Gávea. Preparing the red-and-black team for Sunday's match against Vasco at Maracanã, Caio Júnior organized a tactical training session for the players.

With Jailton suspended for his third yellow card, Airton was given a chance on the team. Luizinho trained at left-back, as Juan is with the Brazilian national team. Midfielder Kleberson, who has the flu, also missed the training session. Everton took his place. Up front, Vandinho started training alongside Marcelinho Paraíba, but Obina was tested and trained mostly as a starter.

The starting team trained with: Diego; Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim and Luizinho; Airton, Toró, Ibson and Everton; Marcelinho Paraíba and Vandinho (Obina).

After tactical training, Caio Júnior prepared a finishing drill, which lasted about an hour. The standouts were Léo Moura, Sambueza, Obina, and Marcelinho Paraiba.

For Caio Júnior, tomorrow's training session will really define the team.

"Juan didn't train today, but he'll be in the game. So will Fábio Luciano, who's back from suspension. Kleberson didn't train today because he had the flu. I did some tests in tactical training, but I think we'll have a better idea of the team tomorrow."
