The morning activity this Wednesday (13) at the George Helal Training Center was quite busy. With another "full" week to work, coach Muricy Ramalho took advantage of the work time to give greater cohesion to the team that beat Boavista, last Saturday, by 3 to 0. With Guerrero free to play - the striker was punished yesterday by the TJD for one game, but the penalty was reversed to a warning -, the red-black coach trained the team with Paulo Victor; Rodinei, Wallace, Juan and Jorge; Cuéllar, Willian Arão, Alan Patrick and Mancuello; Marcelo Cirino and Guerrero.
Muricy demanded a lot of movement from his players, especially in marking them in the attacking half. With the team more compact and with less distance between the lines, Alan Patrick, Mancuello, Guerrero, and Cirino gave the reserves a hard time by pressing the ball out.

After the training session, the players practiced defensive and offensive set pieces, including set pieces. Guerrero was a standout performer, scoring twice from rebounds from shots that hit the post—one from Mancuello and the other from Alan Patrick.
The red-and-black squad returns to training tomorrow, but this time in two shifts. The team is preparing to face Bangu next Sunday at 16 p.m. in the final round of the Guanabara Cup.
