After a weekend of achievements and celebrations, it's back to hard work. This Tuesday (09), the red-black squad returned to training at Ninho do Urubu, with a view to the debut of Zé Ricardo's team in the 2017 edition of the Copa do Brasil. On Wednesday (10), at Maracanã, Flamengo will face Atlético-GO, with the ball rolling from 19:30 pm.
The activities began at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), where pre-training activities took place. While the athletes who started the match against Fluminense last Sunday (07) did regenerative work, in addition to doing specific exercises on the lawn.
The rest of the group went to Field 4, where they were guided in tactical training, which consisted of adjustments to the positioning of the team that will take to the field, in addition to improving offensive and defensive set pieces.
The team will remain concentrated at the training center before the opening match in the national competition.
