After strength, agility and power training on field 2, the athletes worked on ball possession this Thursday (November 12.11th). After these activities, the players went to field 1, where they participated in tactical training to improve ball distribution and positioning, at the George Helal Training Center.
Oswaldo de Oliveira fielded the following starting lineup: Paulo Victor; Pará, César Martins, Wallace and Armero; Márcio Araújo, Jonas and Alan Patrick; Gabriel, Éverton and Emerson. Forward Kayke did not train with the rest of the team and remained in the gym doing separate physical work. Become a fan club member and play along.
The team returns to the training center this Friday (November 13.11th) at 9 am. On Saturday (November 14.11th), activities will be in the morning and on Sunday (November 15th), the day Flamengo celebrates its 120th anniversary, the athletes will face Orlando City in a commemorative friendly match at 15.11:30 pm at Maracanã.
