Flamengo returned to training this Wednesday morning (November 25.11th) at the George Helal Training Center. On the field, the athletes performed technical and tactical drills.

First, the squad was divided into two teams, which faced each other with four goals. The exercise works as follows: players can score goals in any of the goals and defend. When one team attacks towards a goal, the other defends and must advance towards one of the other three. The activity serves to test the athletes' quick reaction time, as well as improve their technical skills with quick touches, and marked Marcelo Cirino's return to the group.

Later, in tactical training, still with four goals - and four goalkeepers - Oswaldo de Oliveira set up the starting lineup with Pará, César Martins, Wallace and Armero; Márcio Araújo, Canteros and Alan Patrick; Éverton, Gabriel and Kayke.

Emerson received treatment for a knock on his right shin, while Guerrero and Jorge remained in the gym. Ederson did separate physical work with Daniel Félix and Diogo Linhares. Training follows the schedule established by the coaching staff for the athlete.

The team trains in the mornings in Vargem Grande until Saturday, when they travel to Curitiba to face Atlético-PR. The match will be valid for the penultimate round of the Brazilian Championship.
