After returning to Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday (1st), midfielder Erick Pulgar underwent new imaging tests (magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography), which confirmed a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his right foot, the same region where the athlete had already suffered an injury in 2023.

According to the planning established by the Medical Department of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, the indication for treatment is surgical. The procedure will be carried out in Chile, this Thursday (3), where the athlete will immediately begin his recovery process.
