Statistics confirm Flamengo's passing game
In the first three games, six players surpassed the 100 passes mark.

Besides scoring 11 goals and conceding just one in three matches against Boavista, Macaé, and Nova Iguaçu, another of the team's strengths was also evident: their passing game.
With these three victories, Mais Querido not only achieved the top spot in Group B. According to Footstats, the club also leads the rankings for successful passes, with 1290. They made 398 against Boavista, 452 against Macaé, and 440 against Nova Iguaçu.
Six Flamengo players have already surpassed the 100-pass mark: captain Réver is the most successful, with 174 passes. The defender is followed by Rafael Vaz (154), Trauco (149), Pará (129), Willian Arão (122), and Rômulo (107). All six are among the ten players with the most passes completed in the Rio de Janeiro championship.
Flamengo returns to the field this Wednesday (8), at 19:30 pm, for the debut in the Primeira Liga Cup, against Grêmio. The game will be at the Mané Garrincha stadium.
