Players Fábio Luciano and Diego Tardelli were acquitted this afternoon by the Superior Court of Justice (STJD). The two athletes were tried for their red cards in Sunday's match against Cruzeiro at Mineirão Stadium. Referee Carlos Eugênio Simon sent off the Flamengo players after failing to award a clear penalty in the 46th minute of the second half.

Fábio Luciano and Diego Tardelli serve suspensions against Goiás and return in the last round, against Atlético-PR, at Arena da Baixada.
