Flamengo's current squad leader, captain Fábio Luciano, praised the work of the club's new manager, Caio Júnior. The defender believes the coach's tactical training is crucial.

"We knew that Caio Júnior had a different approach than Joel. We really like Caio's work. He practices the tactical side a lot, and this facilitates the team's development."

With an eye on Flamengo's next match in the Brazilian Championship, Saturday, against Internacional, the player warned the red-black team about the dangerous attack of the Gaucho team.

- "Inter's team is very good. Nilmar plays a little more up front, with Fernandão and Alex coming from behind. We have to be careful, because they move a lot from the middle forward."

For the captain, Flamengo cannot think of any other result at Maracanã other than victory.

- "We're playing at home, in front of our fans. We have to dictate the pace of the match to get the win. In the Brazilian league, a positive result at home is very important."
