On the afternoon of this Thursday (10.03), Flamengo renewed the contract of striker Felipe Vizeu until December 2020. The athlete stood out in the campaign for the title of the São Paulo Junior Football Cup this year, being the second top scorer and considered the best player in the competition.

"My family and I are very happy with the renewal. I know how hard I've fought to earn my place, with humility and respect for my teammates. I hope to continue working hard, always competitive in training, and giving my best in games. I want to bring a lot of joy to the red-and-black fans, God willing, with lots of goals," said the striker.

Executive Director of Football Rodrigo Caetano states that it is all part of the club's philosophy, and that other athletes will also be valued.

"Felipe Vizeu's renewal is part of a process of increasing the value of our youth players, as we have recently renewed contracts with others. We will continue to increase the value of the club's assets. It's part of Flamengo's philosophy," he explained.
