There is a second lawsuit underway regarding the third installment, worth €3 million. This lawsuit has been concluded and will soon be included in the execution. Therefore, the total amount, including fines and interest, is likely to exceed €2 million.

"Flamengo remains confident in receiving the amounts owed to it, as per the decision issued by CAS. 

Yesterday, FIFA notified the Arab club, already within the scope of the execution of the aforementioned decision, determining that the amounts must be paid without fail by September 28th", commented Flamengo's legal vice-president Flávio Willeman.

If payment is not made, Al Nassr may be punished with a fine, loss of points in the national championship, relegation, and exclusion from competitions. "Flamengo reiterates that it will spare no effort to assert its rights," Willeman concluded.
