Fla still undecided against Grêmio

Cristian is in the mix and could make his Flamengo debut

After training this morning at Internacional's training center, coach Ney Franco did not confirm the lineup that will face Grêmio tomorrow at 16 p.m. at the Olympic Stadium. The Flamengo coach is considering several options, including debuting midfielder Cristian, recently signed from Atlético-PR. If that happens, Renato Augusto could play up front alongside Souza. Regardless of the lineup, Ney Franco is confident that Flamengo can bounce back from last Thursday's 2-1 loss to Paraná in Uberlândia. "Everyone here is working hard and knows we need to improve our position in the Brazilian Championship. Grêmio is strong at home, but we can get a good result. We need to go in with the same determination our opponents always show when they play at their home stadium," commented Ney. In his first training session with his new teammates, Cristian appeared to be adapting and said he was ready to debut. "I'm feeling good physically and ready to play." If Ney wants me to, I'll come in and do everything I can to help the team win - said Cristian.\
